1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines how Aether Surge: Chrono Slayer ("the Game", "we", "our") handles player information. We are committed to protecting player privacy and ensuring transparency regarding our data practices.
2. Information Collection and Use
Aether Surge: Chrono Slayer is built with a privacy-first, offline-ready architecture.
- Personal Information: We do NOT collect, transmit, store, or sell any personally identifiable information (such as your real name, address, phone number, email, contacts, or financial details).
- Game Save Data & Progression: All gameplay progress, high scores, unlocked operative talents, Surge Cores, and settings preferences are stored locally on your device using local storage APIs. This data never leaves your device and is not synchronized to external servers unless you choose to back up your device.
- Analytics & Tracking: The game does NOT integrate third-party advertising tracking SDKs, device fingerprinting, or invasive user tracking networks.
- Player Feedback: Ratings, selected feedback tags, and optional written feedback entered in the in-game evaluation screen are saved only in local device storage. They are not transmitted to the developer or any third party.
3. Permissions
The Game requests minimal permissions strictly necessary for native Android execution:
android.permission.INTERNET: Used strictly by the native web view container to load internal application resources and display optional developer contact links if clicked by the user.
4. Children’s Privacy
The Game does not address anyone under the age of 13 for personal data collection. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
5. Third-Party Links
The Game may contain links to developer portfolio pages (https://faizanahmedraza.com) or email communication. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
7. Data Retention, Deletion, and Security
Local game progress, settings, ghost-run records, bounties, and locally saved feedback remain on the device until the player clears the app's storage or uninstalls the Game. Because this information is not transmitted to us, we cannot access or remotely delete it. Players can delete all locally stored Game data through Android system settings or by uninstalling the Game.
The Game does not operate a user account system or remote player database. External website and email links use HTTPS or the device's email handler where supported.
